Certain molecules and biological pathways have long been considered undruggable, presenting significant challenges in therapeutic development. Progress on these targets requires integration of innovative technologies, deeper mechanistic understanding of the underlying biology and chemistry, and robust translational strategies to enable discoveries into clinical potential. Encouragingly, recent advances are transforming this landscape, as more targets are now viewed as "not yet drugged", reflecting increasing momentum and optimism in the field.
This meeting will convene leading scientists working across basic research, technology development, and drug discovery to foster interdisciplinary discussions aimed at expanding the therapeutic space and catalyze new approaches to challenging targets.
We warmly invite you to join us in Oxford and contribute to engaging discussions and advances in the following key topic areas, and to the opportunity to drive forward new strategies and collaborations.
