Antonia received her PhD from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she studied RNA biology in the context of neurodegeneration and neurodevelopment. She completed her postdoctoral training at Harvard, focusing on small RNAs in C. elegans. Antonia joined Cell Press as a scientific editor in 2021. Her background spans mouse and C. elegans genetics, RNA, developmental, and neurobiology. Editorially she handles manuscripts across the broad scope of Cell Reports but with an emphasis on molecular biology, metabolism, and RNA biology.
