Haim Y. Cohen, Ph.D., is a Professor at Bar-Ilan University and Director of the Minerva and Sagol Centers on Healthy Aging. He received his Ph.D. in Genetics from the Hebrew University and conducted postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School. His research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of longevity, specifically the role of SIRT6 in regulating metabolism, healthspan, and frailty prevention. Professor Cohen is the founder of the Israeli Association for the Biology of Aging (iSABA) and heads an interdisciplinary graduate program in Gerontology.
